I'm not a developer. I'm not an engineer. I'm a grower.

I work nights at a commercial cannabis facility. Part of my job is keeping track of 24 cycles, two buildings, three controllers, and one team that doesn't always tell each other what changed.

I got tired of watching critical data disappear between shifts. So I started building.

HARK is the catalog of operator-grade tools that came out of that — Notion templates, Google Sheets, printable PDFs, all built from the structures I actually use on shift.
